Engravings of Holy Trinity Church, Margate

Two Victorian engravings of Holy Trinity Church , Margate by unknown artists for downloading . I am not sure if Michael may have these on Thanetonline, but if he has you have got a double helping.
Holy Trinity Church was consecrated 1828, destroyed my enemy action 1st June 1943 and demolished 1959.

Amazing that it took 16 years to demolish after being "destroyed". Do you have any images of it from this time?

Peter, I haven't any images but the Margate Museum will have something in their archive and it is still available to the public.
On another point the perimeter wall of the car park was constructed from stone from the demolished church.

Don, Please feel free, everything I put on my site is for copying. I do not own any of the pictures, we all do it is our heritage all I am doing is making access easier.
Same applies to any body using anything I reproduce for commercial means, there is no copyright and good luck to them. At the end of the day it is promoting Margate.
